NexTab is a free web app designed to gather the things you need every day — tasks, budget, weather, markets, calculator, converter, water tracking, encrypted passwords, and more — in a fast and clear interface that works on both phone and computer.

Each tool is designed to accomplish a clear task in the fewest steps:

Privacy is not an extra feature
NexTab is designed around a simple principle: collect as little data as possible, and keep it in the place you choose.
- The basic tools work without creating an account.
- If you create an account, the account data is used to log in and sync only what you choose to save.
- The password vault uses AES-GCM encryption with a key derived from the PIN code through PBKDF2. The PIN code is not sent to the server nor stored.
- NexTab may display Google AdSense ads on its public pages. You can manage ad preferences in Google settings or your browser. The ToolSee site is separate and has its own privacy policy and consent management.

How to get started in a minute?
- Open nextab.sbs from your browser.
- Choose the tool you need from the bottom bar or the “More” page.
- Use the tools directly. Create an account only if you want to sync your data across devices.
- On the phone, choose "Add to Home Screen" to install the app as PWA.
Tip: Start with one tool for a week. Usually, a simple tool makes a bigger difference than a long list of unused features.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is NexTab really free?
Yes. The basic tools are free, and there are no hidden subscriptions. We may add optional advanced features later, but the basics will remain available.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use most tools without an account. An account is useful if you want to sync tasks or notes across your devices.
Where is my data stored?
Local data stays in your browser on your device. Account-related data is stored on the NexTab server of the hosting provider, with regular backups. See Privacy Policy for details.
Is the password vault secure?
Data is encrypted locally using AES-GCM and a key derived from the PIN code via PBKDF2. The PIN code is not sent to the server. However, you are responsible for keeping a strong PIN code and not sharing it.
Does the app work offline?
Some local tools may work after the initial load thanks to PWA technologies, but tools that rely on external data such as weather and markets need an internet connection.
