1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NexTab. These terms constitute an agreement between you and NexTab (the operator: Mohamed Salah Abdelkhalek Shams Eldin, Egypt) regarding the use of the nextab.sbs website and the NexTab application and any related services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

Some features may require additional terms. If there are special terms, we will clearly present them before using the feature.

2. Description of Service

NexTab is a web application that combines daily tools such as tasks, budget, weather, markets, calculator, converter, water tracking, encrypted passwords, and a QR scanner. Some tools work locally in your browser, and some rely on external services or a user account.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time, and we may limit the use of certain features to maintain service stability or comply with the law.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms. The service is not directed to children under 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.

4. Accounts

5. Acceptable Use

When using NexTab, you agree not to do the following:

We may suspend or restrict access to the service if we, in good faith, believe there is a violation of these terms or a risk to users or the service.

6. The content you create

You retain ownership of the content you create in NexTab, such as tasks, notes, and budget data. By creating and saving the content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to you and provide the service, to the extent necessary to operate the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you save and for not infringing on the rights of others. We do not proactively review user content, but we may remove content if we receive a reliable notice of its violation of the law or rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The name NexTab, its logo, design, programming, and original content are owned by us or licensed to us. They may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as allowed by law or licenses of open-source components used.

The service may include open-source libraries or resources subject to their own licenses. We respect those licenses and mention them where necessary.

8. Services and External Links

NexTab may include links to external services, such as ToolSee or weather and market data sources. These services are not under our control and may be subject to different terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The ToolSee website on toolsee.nextab.sbs is a separate service, and it has its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee its operation without interruption or errors. Maintenance or updates may be performed, and the service may be affected by external factors such as the hosting provider, network, or external services.

We may discontinue or change a feature if it becomes impractical, unsafe, or costly. We will try to notify about significant changes in advance whenever possible.

10. Disclaimer

NexTab is a utility tool and not a substitute for financial, medical, legal, or specialized professional advice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit, or reputation, resulting from the use of the service or the inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your unauthorized use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

13. Termination of Use

You can stop using the service at any time. You can also request the deletion of your account via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if it is required to protect the service, users, or comply with the law.

Upon account termination, we may retain some data for a limited period as stated in the Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If your local law provides you with non-waivable mandatory rights, those rights will remain preserved for you.

We primarily aim to resolve any dispute amicably. If we cannot, recourse can be made to the competent authorities in Egypt, unless the applicable law mandates a different authority.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the service after the changes are posted means you agree to the updated terms, unless the law requires explicit consent.
